Experiment creation

What is an experiment?

Experiments are the results of binding a script to a dataset. When a user wishes to run an analysis on a dataset, an experiment creation is required.

Prerequisites

Before creating an experiment the below requirements should be met:

• User registration
• Access to the dataset
• Script upload

Steps to create an experiment

Note

When an experiment has been completed, an email notification will arrive in your inbox stating its success or failure.

1. Go to ‘Dashboard’, in the Experiments tab.

2. Click on Run experiment and choose the Name, Script and the Dataset(s) for your experiment.

3. Wait for the experiment to complete and download your results.
